Founder of New Roots Chiropractic
Dr. Sam Lobell is a New York City based chiropractor who treats patients with neuromusculoskeletal and soft tissue disorders. He attended and graduated from New York Chiropractic College where he was inducted into the National Chiropractic Honor Society. Dr. Lobell worked alongside a chiropractic neurologist during an honors internship in Lindenhurst, NY, and at the V.A. in Bath, NY, where he gained experience treating patients with a wide range of conditions. He furthered his education by completing various courses enabling him to provide the best possible care to his patients. He is certified in Graston Technique, ConnecTX, FMT Performance and RockTape. Dr. Lobell uses various modalities in treating his patients such as diversified hands on adjustments, Cox Flexion/Distraction, trigger point therapy, Physical Rehabilitation and Postural Exercises; Cupping; SOT blocks, IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue mobilizations) as well as various other techniques. When away from the office he loves taking his dog around the city, cycling, and checking out the NYC music scene. His passion and interest in chiropractic started from a young age after he was treated by one of the local chiropractors and he hopes he can instill that same appreciation of the chiropractic art into his patients by helping them achieve pain free and healthy lives.
